Home-style Black Bean Sauce Egg Noodles

Sometimes after a tiring day at work, one feels so drained that they don't want to do anything.But for someone who loves their family, they would rather spend some effort cooking with vegetables to make a simple noodle meal than let the children settle for something subpar outside.




[Ingredients]Napa cabbage 100g, red radish 1/4 of a piece,green onion a small bunch, mussels sauce 1 tablespoon,instant noodle 1 pack, edible oil 10ml,or chicken broth 2 tablespoons or add 2 tablespoons of boiling water
[Preparation]

Wash the Napa cabbage and cut it into small pieces;wash the red radish, peel it, and slice it into strips; wash the green onion and cut it into segments;Boil water and add the instant noodle;let it soak for 2-3 minutes;remove after cooking. Heat oil and add the green onion segments;

add the red radish strips, stir-fry a few times;add the Napa cabbage;stir-fry until the Napa cabbage is slightly softened;add mussels sauce and broth;stir-fry until the vegetables are fully cooked, then turn off the heat;place the instant noodle in a bowl;pour the stir-fried vegetables and broth over it;mix well before eating.
[Tip]
For those who prefer their noodles crispy, shorten the soaking time;for those who like them softer, soak for a longer period.
