Homemade Pork and Anise Fillings Dumplings Method

[Fenxiao Pork and Fennel Dumplings]:
Ingredients: 3 small bunches of tender fennel sprouts, 1 piece of pork neck (with fat), 5 scallions,ginger 4 slices, appropriate amount of salt,soy sauce appropriate amount, appropriate amount of dark soy sauce,
sesame oil appropriate amount, dumpling wrappers

More sesame oil will make them even better!

Tips:Add some water to the meat filling to make the dumplings soft and tender, but be cautious not to overdo it.
More sesame oil will enhance the flavor. Adding more fennel sprouts will make the taste even better!
Serve with a sauce made from soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Boil water in the pot, add the dumplings, and when it boils again, add half a bowl of cold water. Repeat this process twice more until boiling, then remove them!
Nagging:
1. Add some water to the meat filling to prevent it from being tough and make it soft and tender, but be sure not to add too much.
2. Use more sesame oil for better taste.
3. More coriander can make it even tastier!
