The method for making sugar cake

Main ingredients:
Flour(100 grams) Water (150 milliliters) Salad oil (5 grams) Sugar (45 grams) Flour (8 grams)
Steps for making sugar cane cakes:
1. Mix water and oil in a stainless steel bowl.

2. Heat on high until it starts to bubble.

3. Reduce heat and add flour.

4. Stir until there are no dry lumps, and the dough is smooth and not sticky.

5. Remove the steamed dough, knead into a smooth and fine-textured dough ball

6. Mix sugar and flour together.

7. Divide the dough into six equally sized pieces.

8. Roll each piece into a round shape, flatten it slightly, and stuff with the sweet filling.

9. Shape each one back into a round form by rolling them again.

10. Heat some oil in a pan to about 6-7 tenths full.

11. Place the cake dough balls into the hot oil.

12. Fry until the surface turns golden and floats, then remove and drain off excess oil.

Do not put too much sweet filling inside to avoid it bursting in the hot oil.
