Cover with a lid and let it rest for 10 minutes.

After resting both doughs, roll them out long. Lightly spread the fat layer without sticking to the rolling pin.

Move the fat layer to one side of the water oil skin; if it breaks, don't worry, gently press with your hands.

Fold the other end over and press firmly at the edges.

Roll out again, stacking 1/3 sections for a layered effect. Repeat this process three times.

Finally, roll out thin, stretching the edges to form a rectangle.

Spread red bean paste on one side evenly.

Fold over without filling, and cut neatly along the edges with a knife.

Cut into uniform long strips.

Hold one end with your left hand, twist around twice like this.

Separate and arrange on baking sheets. Brush with egg yolk, not on the red bean side. Sprinkle white sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven to 180°C in convection mode, bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.

Let it cool at room temperature before eating; you will see thin layers with a non-sweet and not greasy texture, very delicious.
