Have you heard of potstickers, but it's not dumplings; however, the taste is no less amazing than dumplings. This method is simpler than making dumplings, with even better flavor and high appeal, making it a dish that satisfies in color, aroma, and taste.

Ingredients

Eggs / Dumpling wrappers / Sausage/ H Parsnips / Green peas
Carrots Salt /

Monosodium glutamate
Cut the sausage into pieces and mix them with parsnip, green peas, carrots in a bowl. Add an egg and stir well. Season with a little salt and monosodium glutamate.Take a dumpling wrapper and fill it with the stuffing. Fold the edges of the wrapper to seal as shown in the picture; you can also be creative. Fry a pan with a small amount of oil until heated, then place the wrapped potstickers one by one into the pan. Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, pour in water to cover about 1/3 of the potstickers

, put on the lid and cook until the water evaporates. Beat an egg and pour it around the edge of the pan, gently shake the pan so that the egg covers the surface, then cover with the lid again until the egg is set.
Sprinkle sesame seeds

and chopped green onions on top.
