1. Weigh out the required ingredients.

Melt half of the butter at room temperature, reserve the other half for brushing the surface and add part of the egg liquid.

Knead for 10 minutes, then add the melted butter and continue kneading.

Continue kneading for another 12 minutes until a thin membrane forms.
