Steps to make homemade ice cream:
Prepare the ingredients.

Peel and remove the mango flesh, then blend it into a puree using a food processor.

Whip the mild cream with sugar until it reaches six or seven tenths of its volume.

Then pour the fruit puree into the whipped cream and mix thoroughly.

Cover and place in the freezer for one hour. Take out, stir, then return to the freezer. Repeat this process every hour for three to four times, until fully frozen. Repeat steps as necessary until completely frozen.

Finally, remove from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for about five minutes before serving without a scooper; I used a spoon instead.

Presentation: Delicious ice cream is ready now.

Tips:
I added 60 grams of sugar, which was slightly sweet. If you prefer less sweetness, reduce the amount.
