Dangshen Longan Pork Heart Soup

Ingredients
Pig's heart 300g
Notoginseng 50g
Red dates Salt, appropriate amount 100g
Preparation steps for Notoginseng and Red Date Stewed Pig's Heart
1. Actually, the pig's heart I bought today weighed 600 grams, but my stew pot is a bit small, so I only used half of it. After cutting the pig's heart, wash it thoroughly several times to remove the blood.
2. Rinse and prepare the notoginseng and red dates.3. Place all ingredients into the stew pot. 4. Pour in boiling water, cover the lid.5. Put the stew pot on a stove with more boiling water added if needed, and set for 2 hours.
6. Keep an eye on the water level during cooking as my stove is not electric.7. Season with salt just before serving. Tips
