Ingredients
Pig tail, 300g
Yellow beans 200g
Raw Ginger 3g
Garlic, 5g
Star anise 2 pieces
Cooking oil, 3g
Salt, 1g
Monosodium glutamate 1g
Soysauce 5g
Rice wine, 50g

1. Wash the pig tail and cut it properly.
2. Soak yellow beans, prepare ginger, garlic, and star anise.
