Ingredients

Pig tail, 300g

  Yellow beans 200g

Raw Ginger 3g

Garlic, 5g

  Star anise 2 pieces

Cooking oil, 3g

Salt, 1g

  Monosodium glutamate 1g

  Soysauce 5g

Rice wine, 50g

Scallions, as needed

1. Wash the pig tail and cut it properly.

2. Soak yellow beans, prepare ginger, garlic, and star anise.

3. Heat a pot and add oil, stir-fry the ginger until fragrant, then put in the pig tails.

4. Add star anise, salt, yellow beans, and rice wine, then stir-fry.

5. Add water; use more as it needs to cook for a long time.
