Slow-cooked pig's feet

Ingredients
Pig's feet 2 pieces
Oil as needed
Salt as needed
Scallions in small amount
Steps for cooking pig's feet
1. Add scallions Ginger Garlic blanched with hot water.
2. Remove, drain the water.
3. Add Broth to simmer.
4. Cook over high heat for half an hour.
Tips
Rinse pig's feet with boiling water to remove the fishy smell completely.
