Abalone Stewed with Spare Ribs

Ingredients
Rib meat 150g
Sea cucumbers Appropriate amount
Chinese herbs Radish Appropriate amount
Ginger slices Sufficient ginger slices
Bay leaves
Salt
Cook sea cucumber Ribs Steps to make
1. Clean the sea cucumbers, remove the internal organs, and wash them thoroughly; scrub the outer shell with a brush (for detailed cleaning methods, you can search for my seafood recipes on sea cucumber cleaning).
2. Place rib meat in cold water, bring to a boil, then rinse and set aside.
3.Carrot Peel and cut into dice
4. Put the rib meat in a slow cooker, add ginger slices and bay leaves.
5. Add carrot pieces and appropriate water.
6. Finally, add sea cucumbers.
7. Place it in a steamer container, set cooking time to 2-3 hours, and sprinkle with salt before serving.
Tips
Note:
Although everyone loves sea cucumbers, those who are currently experiencing a cold or fever, or have yin deficiency and sore throat, should avoid eating them. Gout patients or those with high uric acid levels should only drink a small amount of soup; they should not eat the meat. Sea cucumbers must be fully cooked; do not consume partially cooked ones. Some people experience stomach pain after eating sea cucumbers because its high Protein content makes it difficult to digest.
