Main Ingredients:Pork Spare Ribs(Appropriate amount) Cooking Wine (One tablespoon), Rice Vinegar (Three tablespoons)Ginger(A piece)
Seasonings: Guitaizi Tea Oil (A little bit)Soy Sauce(Two tablespoons)Sugar(Four tablespoons) Salt (Appropriate amount)

   Candied Spare Ribs Preparation Method:

"Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs"
 1. Clean the pork spare ribs, let them air dry, and prepare them for use. Heat a small amount of Guitaizi tea oil in the pot, stir-fry ginger slices until fragrant, then add the ribs and continue stir-frying until they turn color and become slightly golden.

 2. At this point, add the seasonings according to the golden ratio: first one tablespoon of cooking wine, followed by two tablespoons of soy sauce, three tablespoons of rice vinegar, and finally four tablespoons of sugar, stirring well.
