
My little one enjoys fruits, loves all kinds of them. But especially this
banana, from when we first introduced it as, they disliked its taste. Whether eaten directly or added to other dishes, the aversion was clear. Today I incorporated it into a steamed egg dish,
steamed after cooking, the banana emits a pleasant aroma; unlike raw bananas, and reportedly better for constipation relief too. Babies with irregular bowel movements can try this!
Banana Steamed Egg Ingredients & Tools:
Main ingredients: Banana (1 piece)
Egg(one) Water ( )
Seasoning: None
Cookware: Food mixer, steamer
Method for Banana Steamed Egg:

1. Raw materials.

2. Cut a quarter of the banana off and add three-quarters to a blender container.

3. Add an appropriate amount of water and blend into a thin banana puree.

4. Crack an egg into a bowl and beat it.

5. Slowly pour the banana puree into the egg mixture, then stir with a spoon until well combined.

6. Skim off any foam that appears on top.

7. Steam over cold water on high heat for a few minutes, then switch to low heat and steam for about 10 more minutes.

8. Cut the remaining quarter of the banana into slices and place them on the steamed egg.
