Bamboo shoot-stuffed pork
Ingredients: spring bamboo shoots, pork belly, carrots,daikon radish,preserved meat, or ham .
Seasonings: chopped scallions, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, cooking wine, sesame oil, cornstarch.Bamboo shoot-stuffed pork method Prepare all

. Mix pork mince with cooking wine, sugar, light soy sauce, salt, and sesame oil; set aside.Clean spring bamboo shoots by removing old roots and outer shells, wash them thoroughly. Cut the bamboo shoots in half lengthwise.
Using your fingers, push out the inner meat of each half. Stuff the mixed pork mince into the hollowed-out parts.
