Grilled Salmon Head


Roast Salmon Head
Ingredients: Salmon Head Salt Black Pepper Mince Brandy Lemon
Method:
1 Wash and cut the salmon head into small pieces Salmon head Clean and cut into small pieces
2 Dry the surface of the salmon head, then pan-fry it in a Frying Pan Until
3 While pan-frying, pour a little brandy
4 After frying until both sides are golden brown, evenly sprinkle salt and pepper flakes on the surface
5 Place the unseasoned side facing up on a roasting rack
6 Then evenly sprinkle salt and pepper flakes again
7 Preheat the Oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes
8 Serve with a squeeze of Lemon juice
Tips:
1 Use real black pepper flakes, don't settle for White Pepper powder! Better yet, use cumin instead
2 You can also coat it with barbeque sauce or barbeque juice before baking
3 Make sure the pieces of the fish head aren't too thick to ensure proper cooking
4 During roasting, some moisture or oil may drip down, so place a baking tray underneath
