Tomato Braised Lamb Ribs

- Lamb chops300g
- Tomatoes200g

1. Rinse the lamb chops and soak them in cold water for 1 hour.

2. Put them in a pressure cooker.

3. Pressure cook for about 30 minutes.

4. The lamb is cooked through.

5. Wash and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

6. Heat the pot with oil, then add the tomatoes and stir-fry until they soften.

7. Add 300 grams of cooked lamb. Add appropriate amount of lamb broth.

8. Add some water and simmer for about 15 minutes, then add salt to taste.
