Lotus Root Stewed with Rib

1. Ingredients: one piece of spare ribs, one section of lotus rhizome Carrot A half piece, a little goji berries, appropriate salt

2. Wash the main ingredients, slice the lotus rhizome and carrot about 0.3cm thick (if the rib pieces are large, cut them as well).

3. Put warm water into an electric pressure cooker, add the sliced ribs and press for 6 minutes (the picture shows a mistake, but the sequence numbers are correct).

4. After releasing the pressure, add the lotus rhizome and carrot and press for 10 minutes.

5. Just before serving, add some goji berries.

6. Add appropriate salt, cover and simmer for 2 more minutes before serving.
- Tips

* Soak the sliced lotus rhizome in water for a few minutes to prevent oxidation and discoloration.
* Goji berries can be omitted if desired.
