Ingredients

  Pork Blood 700g

Steps for Spicy Hot Blood Pudding

1. Cut the pig's blood into thick slices!

2. Chop the pickles finely!

3. Slice the tangerine peel and garlic, smash it.

4. Wash the coriander.

6. Prepare the sauce! In a bowl, mix starch, salt, perilla powder, and sufficient vinegar with water.
