Pumpkin and Egg Stew

- Young Chinese Cabbage Pumpkin.5 piece

- How to Make Pumpkin and Egg Soup

1. Wash the pumpkin, cut it open, remove the seeds. Place a small pot with the pumpkin and add water to half its height.

2. Cook until the pumpkin is mostly soft, about 25 minutes, then crack an egg into the center of the pumpkin, and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until the yolk has reached your desired level of firmness.

3. When serving, do not discard the broth; it can be drunk directly or saved for making soup.
