1. Wash the white turnip, cut it into long strips and set aside; soak the tofu pudding in hot water until soft and set aside.

Tips

This soup is suitable for 6/7 people to drink. The pig's trotters in this soup are first simmered together, then sliced and stir-fried before serving. Bones can be used instead.
