Dumplings Stewed with Hyacinth Beans

- Ingredients
- Potatoes1 piece
- Kudzu beans1 handful
- Pork, salt,soy sauce, chopped green onionsas needed
- Steps for making potato and kudzu bean stew

1. Heat the pot with cold oil,fry the meat then add dark soy sauce and stir-fry a few more times

2. Add kudzu beans and potatoes, then add salt and an appropriate amount of water to cook until done.
- Tips

1. Use lard for a richer flavor.
2. Always use high heat, do not cover the pot or add water; otherwise, the bean leaves will turn yellow.
