Turnip stewed with tofu

- Water Tofu1 block
- RadishHalf a piece
- Mutton JuiceHalf a bowl

1. Cut the radish and tofu into thick strips, sauté the radish first, then add the tofu, and add a little water to braise until the radish is soft.

2. Add mutton juice, and braise for another while. The dish tastes best when the radish falls apart easily in your mouth. Adjust with a bit of salt and soy sauce if needed based on taste.

Radishes are now very sweet. You can fry the tofu instead if you prefer, saving time. No mutton juice? Use salt,Soy sauce instead, just as delicious.
